As VP of Human Resources for Alloy Holdings, Pat McGovern is a business savvy professional passionate about growing people, empowering culture, and building community.

Before joining Alloy Holdings in 2021, Pat held numerous human relations, recruitment, organizational development, health and safety, and benefits executive management positions at Finlay Extracts and Ingredients, USA. Her career as an HR executive has spanned over 30 years, highlighted by her leadership in supporting organizational change and team development during dynamic transitional and business structure changes.  

Pat holds a BA in Business Administration and an AS in Finance and Investment from Johnson and Wales University. She attended Rutgers University where she received her certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance.  A lifelong resident of Rhode Island, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing golf, outdoor activities, cooking, and especially listening to music.
